Special Needs Services

We proudly serve clients in Midland, Texas, and the surrounding areas. We can handle any type of cleaning need, specializing in assisting families and individuals with special needs by providing compassionate, tailored cleaning services.

Client Responsibilities

To facilitate our cleaning services, clients are expected to:

Ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible.
Provide accurate information regarding any special needs or requirements.
Communicate any specific cleaning preferences or concerns in advance.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Services must be scheduled in advance. Same-day cleaning services will incur a $50 rush fee if needed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning to avoid cancellation fees.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon.
The acceptable payment methods will be specified at the time of service confirmation.

Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any damages or losses unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
